Everything about this company is great! Very easy to contact and coordinate with their boss, Mr. Shah, who is very friendly and accommodating. You’ll never have to worry about last minute or emergency change of plans because Mr. Shah is easily accessible thru WhatsApp. Driver and coasters also great. Coasters are new and excellent condition!
The only thing we didn’t particularly enjoy about the trip was the driver assigned to us, although he was friendly enough, did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the other places we wanted to go to. He was insisting that the Textile Souk was right beside the Gold Souk, which was clearly not the case as I showed it to him on Google Maps but didnt want to believe me. So that night we did not get to visit the Textile Souk, which was a wasted opportunity. He also did not know what to do when we arrived at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu dhabi, which cost us about 1.30 hrs waiting for him to come back pick us up from Mosque Museum where he just left us and dropped us off, and then outside the Mosque itself, he didnt know what to do. I had to call Mr. Shah to give him instructions! That cost us a lot of wasted time and annoyance from everyone in the family because we had small children and old people with us. They were not happy.
Overall, Mr. Shah has been excellent in communicating and coordinating which kind of makes up for the inexperienced driver. I would still book with this company again on our next visit to Dubai, maybe just with a more experienced driver who knows his way around.
